To process any claim, customers must provide a full unboxing video starting from a sealed package, along with clear images or videos showing the issue. Claims without valid proof may not be considered.

Once the issue is verified and approved, a replacement product will be arranged at no additional cost, or appropriate service support will be provided, depending on the nature of the issue.

All requests are subject to inspection and approval. Philips Piano Store reserves the right to approve or reject any claim. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
