30-Day Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your instrument, you may return or exchange most products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original packaging and strictly unused conditions.

Exclusions

• Software, DVDs, and downloaded products are non-returnable.
• Hygienic items such as harmonicas or wind instruments cannot be accepted once opened.
• Customized acoustic pianos are treated dynamically. Contact our support team directly.

Return Process

Please initiate your request via our contact portal or email. A shipping label may be issued, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived defective.
