Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide service support or replacement assistance only, subject to verification. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Proof Requirement

To process any damage or defect claim, the following is mandatory:

  • Full unboxing video starting from a sealed package
  • Clear images/videos showing the issue

Requests without valid proof will not be considered.

Resolution Process

Please initiate your request via our contact portal or email within the specified timeframe.
All claims will undergo inspection and verification. We reserve the right to approve or reject any request. Approved cases will be resolved through repair or replacement only, as applicable.

No Return / No Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been delivered. All sales are final.
